Technical Support Engineer

What you will be doing:
Information and technical support for users of the company's products
Receiving and processing enquiries by email and telephone
Generation of reports on frequently asked questions on the system or its components
Registration of solutions in the unified knowledge base
Keeping records of support requests
Preparing analytical reports on the implementation of user requests.
To be successeful in this role you will need:
Higher or incomplete higher education (IT or maritime background will be your advantage but not mandatory)
Experience in dhcp, dns, vpn at runtime level is desirable
Skills in using remote user support tools (vnc, TeamViewer)
Understanding of software logic
English level upper-intermediate to work with international clients and with international team
Customer service experience (experience with ticketing systems, CRM, JiraPM is desirable)
Autonomy and team spirit.
