Spill the tea.
The phrase "spill the tea," is used as an encouragement to gossip.
Not to give up a secret about yourself, but to say something that includes others and/or their secrets.
e.g.
Come on, spill the tea. What happened at the party?
He spilled the tea in a room full of people. Now everyone knows your secret.
