Short squeeze
A short squeeze is an unusual condition that triggers rapidly rising prices in a stock or other tradeable security. For a short squeeze to occur the security must have an unusual degree of short-sellers holding positions in it. The short squeeze begins when the price jumps higher unexpectedly. The condition plays out as a significant measure of the short sellers coincidentally decide to cut losses and exit their positions.

So a huge number of BUYERS close their position and they Upset the balance of Supply and Demands in the market.
with closing buy position, so the Long net position on a pair Decreased.
On another side, there are a lot of people that have Short positions too. They need to close their position to take their profit.
With closing, this type of trader's positions, the quantity of the short traders decreased. Now at this situation the Supply and Demand unbalanced. No Sellers at this situation and with adding some Buyers market make a big Correction. WE wait for this correction to Open a good position on a good Support/Resistance are in Upward/Downward trend

How To Use COT Part 1/2
We can take good data from COT report during several weeks net positions changes. this changes of Net positions show us a good point of view of the market behavior.
As you see, #EUR Long net position decreased in several weeks ago.
What does this mean?
1. Some of the Long positions were closed
2. Some new Short positions are taken
What next is going to happen? do you think this two type of traders keep their positions for lifetime?! Of course not.
Think about this Example:
Supposing that you took a long position on EURUSD one month ago. There are a lot of traders like you have taken a long position too. What will happen if all traders close their long positions to cash their profit?
