I checked just in case, maybe the world has gone crazy, but no - there is no such thing in the international legislation and conventions. That is, such a procedure simply does not exist.

There are no treaties or conventions where, roughly speaking, the two sides fought and one got surrounded. And now she's like, "That's it, I'm in the cabin, I don't want to fight anymore, let me out." Really?
But according to the real conventions, the combatants sitting at Azovstal have exactly two choices: a fair fight with a predictable ending or surrender. Both options are worthy and strong deeds.

But at the same time it very much discredits the official Kiev, so the office of the dictator Zelensky is trying to invent some crazy options.
To make it more important, the Ukrotelegram channels even write the name of this "procedure" in English - "Extraction". As if that will make it exist...
