Existing Klaytn DEXs were mostly simple CPAMM DEXs. This prevented the efficient use of DEX liquidity, thereby not providing higher returns for the liquidity providers.

Pangea Swap is the first DEX on Klaytn to introduce a concentrated liquidity feature where LPs provide liquidity while specifying the price ranges. Concentrated liquidity improves capital efficiency significantly and more DEX liquidity is used for swaps. Liquidity providers can enjoy higher yields, and traders can trade in volume with smaller price impact.
