Baked turkey shank Ingredients:
Turkey shank.
Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Rosemary
For the sauce:
Mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, spices, salt
Preparation:
Cut off the skin and make deep incisions. A couple of spoons of mustard mixed with soy sauce, olive oil, salt and spices, sprinkle on the shin.
Onion, garlic, carrot and celery stalks coarsely chop and place in a baking dish lined with foil.
