Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mushroom puree soup

Ingredients:

15 mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion
1 carrot
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
2,5 cup water
1.5 cup cream
chopped green onion

Preparation:

Slice the mushrooms into medium sized pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan, add the sliced mushrooms and fry for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.

In the other half of the mushrooms remaining in the large saucepan, add the chopped onion, carrots, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Cook the vegetables for another 10 minutes until the onions and carrots have softened slightly.

Add 2.5 cups water to vegetables and mushrooms in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Chop the soup in a food processor or with a blender until it reaches the purée consistency.

Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine.

2 best winter tea recipes

1. Ginger tea

Ingredients:

- 1 l of water
- 3 tbsp finely grated ginger
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 lemon or orange
- chopped mint leaves

Preparation:

Add the grated ginger to the boiling water. When it has simmered for a couple of minutes, strain thoroughly into a bowl. Then add pepper, lemon (orange), mint and honey. Serve hot!

2. Sea buckthorn tea

Ingredients:

- 150 g sea buckthorn
- 2 tbsp black tea
- 2 tbsp honey
- 500 ml water

Preparation:

Rinse the sea buckthorn berries well and mash 2/3 of them with a spoon. In a kettle put the sea buckthorn puree, remaining berries and black tea. Pour everything with boiling water, cover and let infuse for 10-15 minutes. Pour the ready tea through a strainer, adding honey to taste. You can prepare this drink without adding black tea.

Enigma vegetable balls

Ingredients:

beetroot - 2 pcs
carrots - 3 pcs
cheese - 100 g
eggs - 2 pcs
prunes - 50 g
nuts - 50 g
natural yoghurt - 200 g
salt

Preparation:

Step 1 Boil the carrots and beetroot until tender. Let cool, peel.

Rice with prawns

Ingredients:

rice 200 g
shrimp 400 g
soy sauce
olive oil
ginger root
water

Preparation:

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add dry rice. Cook constantly stirring. Once the rice is cooked, it will turn from transparent to white.

Pour some boiling water into the rice and leave to stew until cooked.
