Coconut biscuits

Ingredients:

1 egg
100 g briquette cottage cheese
2 tbsp thick yoghurt or sour cream
140 g flour
40 g coconut shavings
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
sweetener

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients. Pinch off some dough from the total mass, roll into balls, flatten and bake at 180C for approx 20 min.

Banana cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 packs of skim cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
6 overripe bananas

Preparation:

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with the eggs and flour and knead thoroughly.

Mash the bananas and add to the curd mixture. Place in a baking dish.

Bake at 180 C until crispy. This is enough for 4 to 6 servings.

Baked apples in the oven with granola

Ingredients:

apples 2
granola 50 g
sugar 0.25 tsp
cinnamon 0.5 tsp
ginger 0.5 tsp
salt 0.25 tsp
butter 100 g


Preparation:

The apples should be washed and the cores removed.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Spread the filling over the apples.
Place the apples in the tin. Pour a glass of water over the apples.

Cover the dish with aluminium foil, taping it over the edges. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Fish cake

Ingredients:

For the crust:

1 egg
2 egg whites
2 tbsp fiber
2 tbsp bran

For the filling:

150 g fillet of pollack
2 boiled egg whites
30 g cheese 9%
greens

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and pour into the tin. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Filling — mince fillet of pollack in meat grinder. Chop whites finely. Mix with minced meat and salt.

Put stuffing on top of minced meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Korean carrot and chicken salad

Ingredients:

2 chicken breast fillets.
3 pickled cucumbers
200 g Korean carrots
200 g low fat cheese
2 garlic cloves
sour cream 10%
herbs

Preparation:

Boil filet in salted water and cut into strips.

Cut cucumbers into strips and grate cheese.

Mix fillet, cheese, cucumbers and carrots, add garlic squeezed through a press and dress with sour cream.

Pumpkin pudding with apple and sultanas

Ingredients:

200 g pumpkin
100-150 g apple
50ml skim milk
1 egg white
20 g ground oats
15-20 g sultanas
cinnamon

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin and apple, remove the seeds and core and cut into cubes.

In a small saucepan, put the pumpkin, add milk and braise on low heat for 10 minutes.

Then add the apple to the pumpkin. Braise for about 10-15 minutes more.

Chop stewed pumpkin and apple into a purée with a blender. Leave to cool slightly. Add the ground oats, sultanas and cinnamon.

With a mixer whisk the egg white to a froth. Gently mix the pumpkin-apple puree with the whisked egg white.

Place in a mould and bake in a preheated oven. Bake for about 30-40 minutes at low temperature (about 180 degrees).

Chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients:

chicken fillet - 750 g
mushrooms - 500 g
kefir 1% - 200 ml
onion -1 pc
olive oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation:

Cut the onion into rings and fry lightly in olive oil. Cut mushrooms, chicken and add to the onions.
