Salmon in cream sauce Ingredients:400 g salmon fillet
1 garlic clove
10 cherry tomatoes
50 g spinach
100 ml cream
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation: Cut the fish into medium slices.
Fry on a hot pan with olive oil until golden brown on both sides (about 4 minutes) and remove from the heat.
Finely chop the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the spinach.
Melt the butter and add the garlic, sauté until golden, then add the cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Saute the vegetables for a few minutes, then add the cream and salt to taste.
Add fried salmon to the sauce and stew for 1 to 2 minutes.
