Apple cream pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
20 g erythritol
1 g vanillin
100 ml cream
80 g rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
400 g peeled apples
Nuts and cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

2. Wash the apples, peel and seed them, cut into thin, thin slices, place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon.

3. Beat the eggs into a light foam, add the sweetener.

4. Add the cream.

5. Stir in a pinch of salt, vanilla and baking powder and sifted flour.

6. Add apples to the batter and mix, then transfer to a mould. Top with chopped nuts and cinnamon if desired.

7. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 C until golden brown.

AUBERGINE ENVELOPES

Ingredients:

* Aubergines 3
* Mozzarella cheese 200 g
* Green basil
* Tomatoes
* Olive oil
* Cream cheese
* Salt, pepper, garlic

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the aubergines into strips about 5 mm thick, brush a baking tray with oil, arrange the aubergines and roast until golden brown!

Fold the cooked aubergines crosswise, put the filling in the centre and wrap up into an envelope. The filling can be anything you like! I have mozzarella, basil and creamy spinach sauce.

PASTE

Ingredients:

Chicken breast 1 pc
Courgette 1 pc
Cherry tomatoes 10 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Spices (paprika, black pepper, chilli, garlic)
Salt
Cheese 30g

Preparation:

Cut chicken breast into cubes, fry for 7 min, add spices.
Cut the courgette into thin slices with a potato peeler.
Cut each slice into thin strips to make courgette noodles.
In a pan mix the chicken breast, courgette noodles, cherry tomatoes (cut in half), 2 tbsp sour cream and salt.
Simmer under a lid for 15 min.
When serving, add grated cheese.

Ingredients:

Fillet of chicken

Carrots - 2 pcs
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Onions - 1 pc
Tomatoes
Bulgari pepper
Ajika
Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Cook under the lid until potatoes are ready ~ 1 hour.
