(for ca 2,5 l)

Ingredients:

1 l water
1 kg sugar/birch sugar (xylitol)
200 ml lemon juice (or 15 g citric acid)
1 lemon (organic)
20 elderflowers (or more)
mint

Mix sugar, water and lemon juice in a tall glass jar until the sugar is dissolved. Add flowers, mint and sliced lemons, stir well. Let rest in a cool place. Stir well twice a day. Syrup is done when there won't be sugar on the bottom of the glass jar, min. 3 days, so the elderflowers will give a lot of flavour. Filtrate the flowers and lemons through a linen cloth and fill the syrup into clean glass bottles. You can also boil the syrup for a bit, before filling it into bottles, but it will damage the vitamins. The syrup will be preserved for a while even without cooking. Instead of household sugar, you can use xylitol.

The upcoming years will prove that subsidiarity and quasi-tribalized structures of homogenous groups are our only way out.

Globalization and racial/cultural heterogenity are a dead end.

Pay into traditional agricultural patterns in your area.

Build local networks of exchange based in relationships and real goods.
