Adelson's Checker-Shadow Illusion
When you see the above, ask yourself: Which square is brighter, the one denoted by "A" or "B"? If you’re like me, "B" looks brighter.
However, as you can see when they are covered with yellow figure - you can clearly see that they are the same. Also, for your convenience, in the end of the video the square A is moved and reveal its true luminance out of the “shadow”
In fact, the two squares - A and B have identical luminance (identical number of photons coming out from them). But our eyes are no exposure meters, they take context into account.

She is Gonna Die
This is a rare type of illusion where without any special video effects, without editions, the video looks not what it is.

Spiral Aftereffect
Gaze at the center of the rotating spiral for about 20 seconds, then look elsewhere. You will notice that whatever you look at now appears swirling. Don’t worry, it won’t stick ;-), this sensation will go away after a few seconds.
Gazing at the spiral for a longer time will increase the duration of the aftereffect, leveling out at ≈ 30 s. Holding the gaze steady at the center (don’t over-concentrate, “let it hang”) also increases the effect.
The basic phenomeon is called “motion aftereffect”. How do you feel after it?

Induced Contrast Asynchrony
There are two disks, pulsating between dark and light. Are they doing this simultaneously? If you contine watching, you will notice that this depends on the background. If it is light, the two disks are in synchrony. However, when one background is dark and the other light, they pulsate with opposite phase.

Find the Difference
This is one of the most hard riddles. 96% of all people just give up, and that's why it was nominated for the Guiness World Records Book.
Did you find the difference?
P.S. the answer will be shared after 150 comments ;-)

Stroboscopic Alternative Motion (SAM)
In the video there are 2 blue dots which continuosly change position. Decide for yourself: are they moving (hopping) horizontally, vertically, or (counter-) clockwise?
If you see them moving horizontally, cover the left two positions with your hand. Now they are moving vertically. If you see them moving vertically, cover the bottom two positions with your hand and observe.
You even may be able to perceive a rotation, clockwise or counter-clockwise (like a propeller).
But what is the “real motion” of the discs? - Answer in comments, and I will share the correct one after 100 comments.
