Updates to the site's layout

For a while I've been thinking about adding a menu with a list of paragraphs on each page of the site. It took me a while to figure out how to do it without having to rewrite the whole site, but this is what I've come up with:

Now the site has an overlay-like sidebar. You can toggle it by pressing the ・・・ button on the top. Once enabled, it shows all paragraphs on the left, and you can quickly jump to the one you're interested in. This is especially useful on the FAQ page, which is quite long.

The overlay is written in JS, so it won't work if you have JS disabled in your browser. However, the code is completely free, and it's compatible with libreJS.
