Meeting Owl Pro – Revolutionary Conference Camera
The Meeting Owl Pro is not an ordinary conference camera, it broadcasts meetings in 360° images so it doesn't miss anything that happens in its environment.
In order to capture as many meeting participants as possible in picture and sound, video conferencing devices typically rely on a camera unit with an extra-wide view angle. The Meeting Owl Pro from Owl Labs takes a different approach. Instead of an ultra-wide-angle camera, the cyber owl, whose silhouette is somewhat reminiscent of the living original, uses a 360-degree camera with 1080p resolution to cover the entire room.
The Meeting Owl Pro automatically focuses on the people present, listens to them with eight microphones, and has three speakers for voice output. In the test, the Owl transmits voices very well intelligibly and delivers a solid picture quality.
