Praise be to Allah and praise and salutation be upon our Prophet (ﷺ) and his family and companions.
This is a serie of publications dedicated to the book "the 4 rules" of the noble scholar Muhammad Ibn Abdel-wahhåb and followed by the explanation of the eminent scholar Sâleh ibn Muhammad el-louheydan. Each publication will be thematized and published on Monday and Thursday by the will of Allah azza wa jall.
May Allah bless this work, purify our hearts and grant bountiful mercy to our father and teacher sheikh Sâleh el-louheydan.
As-salāmu aleykum wa rahmatoullahi wa barakātouhu
Praise be to Allah, we seek His help, we implore His forgiveness and we seek Allah's protection from the evils of our souls and our evil deeds. He whom Allah guides no one can mislead, and He whom He misleads no one can guide him..
And I testify that no deity deserves to be worshiped except Allah The only one without partner and I testify that Muhammad is His servant, his beloved, his Messenger, the best adviser for the creatures and the fairest of them in word and deed, and the praise of Allah be upon him, his companions and those who follow them in benevolence until the day of recompense.
We ask Allah by His names and His attributes that He counts us all among his sincere followers, those who love him and who love his companions, and that our Lord make us benefit from it in this life and the day when the witnesses will rise.
The reformer Imam may Allah have mercy on him said :
«In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the ever Merciful
I ask Allah the Generous, Lord of the Great throne, that He be your ally herein and in the hereafter. And may He bless you wherever you are, and make you of those who are grateful when he receives,
patient when he is tried, and repentant when he is a sinner, for these three qualities are the signs of happiness.»
First benefit : The first Salafi state that was established in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula.
Sheikh Sâleh ibn Muhammad el-louheydan -رحمه الله وغفر له- said:
﷽
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the ever Merciful
«This invocation of Sheikh al-Islam the reformer of the da'wah (Muhammad Ibn Abdel-wahhâb), the one whom by the grace of Allâh - glorified and exalted be He- and then after by his preaching that the first country upon the Salafi creed (of the pious predecessors) in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula was established.
And as had been noted, there was not a day in Arab pre-Islamic times nor after Islam a state in the Najd region; on the contrary the matter in the time of the Rightly Guided Caliphs was linked to Medina, during the period of Ali (رضي الله عنه) there was no general stability, but it was under the control of the caliphate.
And after that, the rule was related to Basra or the governor of Iraq, whose Al-Hajjaj had his influence on Al-Yamamah and what was spreading around it.»

D'après Anas ibn mâlek a dit: le Messager d'Allâh (ﷺ) disait à l'entrée de Rajab :
(Allâhoumma bârik lana fi Rajab wa cha'aban wa bal-lig-naa Ramadan) c'est-à-dire (ô Allâh béni nous le mois de Rajab et de cha'aban et fais-nous atteindre le mois de Ramadan).
Ce hadith a été rendu faible par un groupe de gens de science à l'occurrence En-nawawi, Ibn rajab, Ibn Bêz et el-albâni. Il est donc faible et ne peut servir de preuve.
Et quand bien même il serait authentique, il n'aurait pu être une preuve justifiant la spécification du mois de Rajab par une quelconque oeuvre, alors que dire d'autant plus qu'il est faible.
