She warned Raffensperger that he’ll “be in court after audits” and told him to “get a defense lawyer.”

PHOENIX -- MCBOS won't say just yet what they intend to do about the latest subpoenas dealing with the audit despite a 1 p.m. Monday deadline.

And SOS Katie Hobbs said she's already preparing a "prebuttal'' of whatever is produced by the Senate's contractors, calling the process so flawed that anything that comes out of the yet-to-be-produced report will be meaningless.

All this comes as the auditors wrapped up the last bit of counting and are preparing to send the ballots and the equipment back to Maricopa County. Senate President Karen Fann has said she is hoping for a report about what was found -- and any recommendations for changes in state law -- by the middle of next month.

2021-07-31 05:47:10 Pennsylvania Counties Tioga and Philadelphia Decline Participation in Senate Committee’s Forensic Election Audit

Senator Doug Mastriano posted a video response to the overreach by the Secretary of State.

Mastriano gave the three counties until July 31 to respond. On Thursday little Tioga County declined to participate in the audit. The commissioners explained that their decision saying it was made because they need new voting machines paid for and delivered within three weeks.

And on Friday Democrats in Philadelphia, where they locked GOP observers out of the counting room for several days, also refused to participate in the forensic audit.

How weak.
