Ministry of Justice published draft of new decree on combating corruption. Among main measures are: - establishing of on-line register of people participated in corruption, with prohibiting to them to work on public and governmental positions, participate in public procurement, etc. - mandatory publishing of income declarations for managers of SOE and government officials; - drafting of Law "On conflict of interest" with possible termination of contracts with conflict of interest; - full prohibiting on issuing of governmental decrees with direct contracting without tender procedures.
