JSC Almalyk Mining (AGMK) announced decision to issue additional 25,176,037 ordinary shares and place it to SAMA at par-value of 3,914 UZS, diluting other shareholders for approximately 15%. Unfortunately such practice is still active in Uzbekistan, despite number of articles and letters addressed to responsible authorities.
