It's possible, that company is related to main shareholder of Eurocement Holding - director of Cyprus company is Mr.Andreas Nianias have the same name as the sole Member of Board of the Eurocement's Swiss Holding Company since July 2007. Mr.Nianias is also linked via Involnert Management Inc. to GFI Investment Limited (main shareholder of Eurocement is Mr.Galchev Filaret Iliich).

According to local legislation, new investors obliged to announce buy out offer to all minority shareholders at market price. Price for ordinary shares of OHSM was at 928,000 UZS level and price for preferred shares at 134,671.68 UZS. According to brief calculations, if all shareholders will submit buy out requests, Lamanka Enterprises Limited will be obliged to spend additionally about 718.3 billion UZS or almost 29% more than for majority stake.
