A: If you SoC peak temp is above 85c, your phone will still throttle. This cannot be disabled.
If you never reached 2900 gb5 multi score then chances your phone's thermal is faulty.
I suggest not using personal variant or any overclock, or even better to use other kernel as soon as possible.
