I follow Tim Cook's company closely and I'm glad my predictions are coming true! Apple stock has rallied in price for 7 consecutive sessions and finally rose to $144 today - a terrific steady rise.

Bloomberg analysts think these results are related to positive sales forecasts for the new iPhones. The 13th generation will come out in the fall, so the growth will continue in the coming months.

"Business zone" is a psychological and emotional condition in which the most productive people are able to make the best decisions and push negativity aside. The ability to focus on the here and now helps to take into account the exclusively important factors to the exclusion of unnecessary ones.

Before making an entry:
sit comfortable, be focused
It is best if the environment is as similar as possible to the workplace: office, chair, and good lighting.

Start your day with a relaxation, turn on some classical or ambient music.
It is good if the music is just the melody.

Concentrate on the process of inhaling and exhaling.
Soon the brain will move from breathing to thoughts.

Let the good thoughts come in, and then return to the breathing. Do this for a few minutes.
The idea is to be able to keep your attention on your breathing to push away thoughts that cause you anxiety. You can do this exercise for 10 minutes.
