Ms Catherine Pak had been working in the Built Environment sector for more than 40 years. But with the rapid digitalisation taking place in the sector, she struggled to keep pace.
At the age of 62, she took a leap of faith – instead of retiring, she quit her job and enrolled in BCA Academy’s SGUnited Skills conversion diploma in Integrated Digital Delivery. She now works as a quantity surveyor at a multinational infrastructure construction company.
