2022-01-28 10:09:55 The Information and Communications Department of the State Border Service of the State Committee of National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that the following agreements were reached after the negotiations between the authorized representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken province Mr. A. Alimbayev, the border representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken province colonel K.Tolonbayev and heads of security and law enforcement agencies of the province with the governor of the Sughd province of Tajikistan Mr. Rajabba Ahmadzoda, the border representative Major General H. Pirakzoda and the representatives of law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan.
- On a complete ceasefire;
- On the withdrawal by each Party of additional forces and equipment, which was brought to the border, to the places of their permanent station;
- On the opening of traffic on the Batken - Isfana road;
-On joint patrolling of border areas by law enforcement officers of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in order to prevent conflicts.

2022-01-28 10:01:51 The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan had several telephone conversations with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan to resolve the situation in Batken province

Last night, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Ulan Niyazbekov had several telephone conversations with his Tajik counterpart Mr. Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro. They discussed the stabilization of the situation in Batken province with joint efforts, the restoration of public order in the border areas as well as prevention of various violations. The parties exchanged views on respecting the rights and security of each citizen and agreed to conduct awareness raising activities among the local population, to control the protection of public order at the state level as well as to intensify the work of patrol services of the Department of Internal Affairs of Batken and Sughd provinces.

In addition, yesterday at 01.00 AM the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Batken province Mr. Murat Boronov met with the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Sughd province Major General of Police Mr. Abdullo Navjuvonov, during the meeting they discussed issues of reconciliation and stabilization of the situation at the border areas.
At the moment the situation on Kyrgyz - Tajik section of the state border in Samarkandyk, Tort Kocho, Kok-Tash, Dakhma, Kocho-Boyu and Golovnoy areas is characterized as stable. The situation ruginf the night was calm, without any incidents and the operational situation is stable.

The Department of Internal Affairs of the Batken province works in a robust security regime together with the border service of the State Committee of National Security and other competent services to control and monitor the situation. Joint patrols have been arranged in the villages of Tash-Tumshuk, Ak-Sai, Dakhma, Orto-Boz and Kok-Tash in the Batken district. Officers of the Police Traffic Control Department of the Batken province region are working to ensure road safety.

The Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Ulan Niyazbekov coordinates all activities of the Internal Affairs Department of Batken province as well as the internal troops of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kyrgyz Republic to protect public order in the province.

Currently the roads Osh - Isfana in the village of Tort Kocho in the Batken district are open.

По его словам, получить официальную информацию по поводу задержания музыканта все еще трудно.

2022-01-09 21:13:07 В связи с последними событиями в Республике Казахстан, Министерство иностранных дел Кыргызской Республики в рамках оказания консульско-правовой помощи гражданам продолжает работу по эвакуации граждан Кыргызстана временно находящихся на территории Республики Казахстан.

По итогам обращений на горячую линию по поручению Министерства Генеральным консульством Кыргызской Республики в г. Алматы совместно с диаспоральными организациями кыргызов в Алматинской области 9 января 2022 года специально организованным транспортом возвращено на Родину 14 граждан Кыргызской Республики, в том числе женщины и дети.

Кроме этого, также по поручению Министерства Посольством Кыргызской Республики в Республике Казахстан проводится работа по возвращению на Родину железнодорожным путем 15 граждан Кыргызской Республики, в связи с отменой регулярного авиарейса в международном аэропорту г.Нур-Султан.
Министерством ведется работа с казахской стороной по безопасному возвращению указанных граждан в Кыргызскую Республику.

Министерство напоминает, чтобы в случае возникновения вопросов консульско-правового характера, граждане Кыргызстана, пребывающие на территории Казахстана, особенно проживающие в районе г.Алматы поддерживали связь с Генеральным Консульством Кыргызстана в г.Алматы по следующим номерам:

Наши посольство и генконсульство держат вопрос на контроле! Сейчас в Казахстане непростое положение: идет антитеррористическая операция, проходит предварительное следствие по задержанным.

Пока адвокатов и консулов посольства Кыргызстана в Казахстане к задержанным не пускают.
