Life is surprising.
After being so deflated at seeing many of my childhood musical heroes (Bruce Springsteen, looking at you) coming out doing ‘jabbed-only’ shows and others doing (paid) promotions of experimental injections I have now discovered that I am not alone in my desire to listen to and perform music free from forced or coerced medial procedures.
The list of musicians supporting freedom at https://freethenationmusic.com/musicians/ grows each day, and with it new playlists, full of music from artists with integrity.
I didn’t realise how much I was denying myself listening to music until putting these playlists together. Before FTNM it felt like the WHOLE music world had let me down; but of course it hadn’t. It was simply my attachment to old ideas and nostalgia holding me back.
But this is a brave new world. A world of new music from artists who share my values of freedom, choice and respect.
It’s a change for the better.
