Mantras have not been in my life forever. Moreover, they never were in my life. I knew that they are powerful and can be healing, but I never got them. They were never in my life, I didn’t feel the vibration, didn’t get the feeling unless I was ready.

One day, something really terrible happened in my life. That was the moment when I discovered ‘I Am The Light of The Soul’ performed by Gurudass Kaur. That was a really hard moment, and that mantra helped me to stay alive and move forward towards my dreams. I just found that song at the right moment in a playlist of my friend. The song is in English and not really a mantra, but at the same time it is meant to increase happiness and conscious awareness through the positive lyrics, high vibration and it is literally a message of joy.

I didn’t know all that then.
