How to create a menu button in a bot

1. Open Settings.
2. Click Add a menu item button.
3. Write the command title (e.g. menu).
4. Write the commands (e.g. help, about).
5. Select the screen the user forwards to when he enters the command.
6. Save.

Menu works only on Telegram and Facebook Messenger.
