Industry Park Development Corporation (IPDC) Lease for Dimitrius and EL Auto Dimitrius Kampouris Plc, a garment manufacturer and EL Auto Engineering and Trading Plc, a vehicle assembly, sign agreements with IPDC to secure land in the Bole Lemi and Dire Dawa industrial parks.
It is estimated that Dimitrius will invest Birr 486,540,000 ($11 million) to take over an 18,600 square meter plot of land within the park for the construction of the sheds. EL Auto is also expected to invest Birr 700 million.
