New IEC 2023 Round of Invitations Invites 1,500 Applicants

Last International Experience Canada – IEC 2023 round of invitations of June 2023 sent out around 1,500 invitations to apply (ITAs) for work permits.

Most of the invitations, 1,369 went to applicants from eligible countries, under Working Holiday visa category offering them open work permits.

Under the Working Holiday Category, around 85,000 invitations to apply for open work permits have already been sent so far in 2023.

Around 152 applicants were invited under the Young Professionals category, and more than 17 people were invited to the International Co-op (internship) category.

According to the most recent IRCC processing time update, the current IEC season is taking 9 weeks for processing.

Below is a list of all the eligible countries with the number of invites sent this week, the total number of invitations sent so far in 2023, the number of open seats, and the applications in the pool.
