I answered its 2 yrs back and i used saved as it is in fixed size and format and easy and fast to use.

I answered that it lacks certain critical knowledge about me like address, name, likes, dislikes also it has certain biases in its answers which will be reflected in my form

PS: the questions was little grilling especially the sociology questions which was uncomfortable to answer. GE was great and we came up with innovative and creative solutions
PI was grilling however the experience was priceless and one of my best till now.
