Cotton industry ? Ginning or spinning?

What is ginning?

In which form processed cotton is sold to consumers?

What is weight of 1 cotton bale?

Problem .?  What solution did you give? (In my intro, I've told that during my industrial training, I've identified a problem in cotton ginning industry & gave a solution to that.)

Major problems faced by cotton industry?

Why didn't you give solution to these major problems? You choose a easy one and gave a solution?

Why didn't you take help from govt. To help the farmers,  ginners to implement your alternative solution.  (He looked satisfied with my answer)

Asked : Sir, in your teaching experience to management students, you might've seen students lacking some skills or not up to the mark in some areas. If you can tell me those, I'll try to improve in those areas before joining IRMA.

Overall: chill type of panel. They had smile on their face. It was  a formal discussion. They're just trying to know more about us.

I told them a couple of them, last one was adani hindenburg. She asked me, do you know about it in detail? I said I've read about it, she said okay. Any recent news about tatas? 
Q. Do you think the pandemic has had any effect on the architecture industry? (I said yes definitely) so they gave me this as my extempore topic.

That was the end. All in all, it was alright. They were calm and chill. But I felt as if they were busy preparing questions instead of listening to answers. Which is why they repeated a couple of questions.

They were talking about something else when I entered the room and didn't notice me.
I greeted them.

P1: Hello, good morning, vanakam, namaskaram.
Me: I said namaskaram sir and smiled
P1: You can understand Tamil as well as Malayalam as you are from Kerala right?
Me: Yes sir.
P1: asked me how I was in Tamil.
Me: answered.
P1: Are you nervous?
Me: a little bit sir.
P1: Don't be nervous ma, it's just an interview and you tell the things you know and we're good to go.
(This reassurance made me loosen up a bit)
Me: I smiled
P1: introduced himself and P2
P1: Just like every interview you can tell anything about you and take your time with it.
Me: gave prepared answer.
P1: So looking at your profile you did a specialization on airline and airport management. So tell me what you know about the privileges a customer will get in an airport if they are in some sort of scheme.
Me: started by explaining about FFP but was interrupted
P1: No ma, I asked about airport not airline. Are you aware of it? If not it's fine.
Me: No sir, I'm sorry I'm not aware of it.
P1: Okay so have you heard about the news about Guruvayoor today?
Me: No sir I haven't sorry sir.
P1: it's totally fine. What was your favourite subject during your ug?
Me: Answered it was Aircraft maintenance and how it was different from other subs and what it was about.

Me: Absolutely dead but kept smiling.

If I have to ask you to set up a business in Kolkata keeping the city in mind, what would you go for?

Don’t you think that idea of yours is opposite to what the city is known for?

You mentioned Franz Kafka, what does his work depict?
