Hi, My name is 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗢'𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻...
As you can notice the letters “𝗖𝗢𝗕” appear in my name, as it was a nickname given to me by my childhood (5 years old) friend, Jourdan Watanabe @jwat143 , fast forward over 28 years later and now I am choosing to share how I Came Out Better from some of the hardest, toughest, deepest battles I have endured.
Growing up an athlete, teammate, coach, trainer, and now teacher, mentor and “reminder” coach, I like to call it, I have always had a passion for helping others and serving others as that was one of the first lessons my father taught me at a young age. (Thank you Dad )
Now I can share this life wisdom (that is still so young) I have with thousands all over the world and soon to be millions, that is the vision. 𝗖𝗢𝗕 is both a brand, my nickname and an action WE CAN ALL TAKE!
Why am I? HOW CAN I , come out better?
Reminding, influencing, leading, listening, learning, experiencing, practicing, and more importantly, being are some of the things I embody and share and specifically to those reading this now.
Here are 10 key lessons I have learned in 33 years
1. You can't save everyone
2. Focus on what you can control
3. Your words matter, a lot.
4. Failures are just lessons in disguise
5. Experience, is the greatest teacher
6. Fears = greatest gifts waiting for us
7. Ask more questions, get more answers
8. Be the last to speak in the room
9. Build energy, learn to create with it,
10. Always in all ways, COME, OUT BETTER
When in doubt, zoom out!
Zoom in, control what you can!
Use discernment, take what resonates leave the rest.
Listen more, think less.
Do your own research, connect the dots.
The best is yet to COME
The best is yet to COB
The best is yet COME, OUT BETTER
Thank you for the BIRTHDAY LOVE!
