On the left the Russian Motor Rifle infantry check a dead VSU serviceman to ensure his corpse is not booby trapped (there is unfortunately nothing abnormal about that as all armies in all wars do that) and in the other clip a wounded Ukrainian soldier appears to have been abandoned by his comrades, and he passed away from his wounds.
The clips also demonstrate 'keep going' is not an option and also why Russian soldiers say 'let's work' when they start a battle. War is, among other things, a LOT of work.
