October 3, 2020. A day that has burned right through my heart.
2 years since they stole you from us. There are no words to express how much I miss you and how much my heart still hurts. All I have are the memories, the videos to hear your voice and your shirt I wear to bed at night. You carried me in you and we will also be a part of each other and the absence of you cuts deep. Your last breath in my arms will forever be a part of me. I don't know what grieving is supposed to look like. I would say it's different for all, but for some reason it doesn't seem to get easier. Losing you feels like yesterday. I know you’re here with me, I can feel you and I hope you feel me too.
