A healthy 12‐year‐old girl with no previous medical history presented 6 days after her first dose of Pfizer‐BioNTech (BNT162b2) vaccine.

Two days after vaccination, she developed a low‐grade fever with a mild sore throat. The patient did not take any oral prescribed or over‐the‐counter medications or herbal remedies during the past 8 weeks.

On the 6th day after the vaccine, there were erythematous, painful patches and plaques on the chest wall and trunk, which subsequently spread to the face, palms, and soles.
