Healing Others
Not everyone wants to be helped. Not everyone needs to be helped. A lot of us have trouble coming to terms with this, especially when these people are those who we love (and we feel like we have all the answers), but trying to push healing energy onto people who don't want or need it can actually cause more harm than good. It can make people feel invalid in their pain, it can make them feel misunderstood, and it can make them feel like you are not considering how they may feel (even though this is the exact opposite of what you are trying to do). A good middle ground is to lend an ear to listen and give advice if ask to do. Heal Yourself and it will inspire. At the end of the day, great healers lead by exemple
