It is expensive to fly business class. However, it is worth it, because it is comfortable enough.

Many people say that living alone can be difficult and lonely. Nonetheless, there are more advantages of having one's own place to live.

2. UNLESS / OTHERWISE (these are used to show what will happen if we don't start to solve the problem)

Unless + Subject 1 + Verb 1, Subject 2 + will + Verb 2

Unless we can attract more talented young people into teaching, our children's education will start to suffer.

Subject 1 + Verb 1, otherwise + Subject 2 + will + Verb 2

Action must be taken urgently, otherwise our societies will face even greater health problems in the future.

3. IN SPITE OF / DESPITE

After in spite of or despite use:
A) noun
B) pronoun (this, that, etc.)
C) verb-ing (having, being, etc.)

In spite of these problems, many people still choose to work at home.

Working from home is becoming increasingly popular, despite having several major disadvantages.

In spite of the fact that technology is improving, working away from the office still has its problems.

Despite the fact that working from home has some disadvantages, it is becoming increasingly popular.
