UPSC CSE 2013-20 Optional Performance Analysis

Very important for 2024 Aspirants who are yet to decide their optional

Others please ignore and focus on prelims and do well in optional that you have already selected.

I intend to present an objective fact based analysis & mean no red flags to those who have opted XYZ optional already!

I had earlier written a post for 2013-18 optional analysis. Following is detailed analysis of performance of various subjects based on their selection percentages from 2013-2020

In this analysis, I have also zeroed down on 12 best performing optionals including 4 best humanities optionals. Also, I have identified 3 other optionals that are doing well but dont have huge selections yet.
