open chrome settings and clear all the app data.

now open chrome app and open an incognito tab.

open gmail.com in the incognito tab.

then click on create account

Fill in all the details and then next

will show the phone number and email is optional.
[ please don't fill any number or email on it ]

now click on continue

click on agree and boom you created a Gmail without any phone number...

use only the incognito tab
