Someone trolled me for hours…
She wrote negative comments on about 5 of my posts.
She said…
“You’re fake”
“You’re not good enough”
“You have no idea what you’re talking about”
She proceeded to cuss out a few people who’d commented that they’d recently purchased one of my programs.
It’s one of the doors that opens when you follow Russel and start building successful funnels with millions of eyeballs watching.
Honestly, she said all the things that just a few years ago would have really upset me.
But instead of getting angry…
I got curious.
Curious to find out how someone I’ve never met and has never purchased anything from me could showcase such rage and malice?
I did some digging.
As I scrolled through her profile I found it…
Her mom had passed away recently.
My heart began to ache.
Flashbacks of the last moments with my mom telling me from her hospital bed “we’ll go get ice cream together tomorrow” before she passed away.
…The only promise she ever broke with me.
And in that moment I remembered why I created Astra Holistica…
We’re never taught how to deal with it all.
The stress.
…The trauma.
…The management of our health.
But we’re all going through it.
𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙮.
That ish can build up.
Some were lucky enough to have learned positive ways to release it.
Others struggle to find their way.
But that’s what I stand for…
It’s about transcending the noise by Elevating your identity.
Because how you view yourself controls every aspect of your conscious and unconscious actions.
So, what did I do?
I added her as a friend.
So stranger...

That you are loved.
You have value.
