Just as you wouldn't want to go a whole day without eating, you also shouldn't go a whole day without feeding your spirit. The same way your physical body needs food to function, your spirit also needs spiritual food. That food is the Word of God.

As you develop and maintain the habit of studying the Word, you're feeding and nourishing your spirit. So, go for the Word, study, meditate and also talk to others about it. This is how to feed your spirit and grow up in Christ. Hallelujah!
