IELTS Speaking: How to prepare for speaking

Tasks
What's your partner into?
Discus with your partner and Think and reflect: Is it sport? Music? International cuisine? Or are they a complete coach potato? Try to find out more about a hobby or interest your partner has.
Plan:
Spend a minute or two making notes on the following questions:
What their interest is.
Why/How they became interested in it.
What it is about the hobby or interest they enjoy
Presentation part 2
Prepare a presentation describing a hobby or interest you have. Give your listeners a taste of what it is you like so much about it.
Don't rush.
Focus on the following:
- Try to speak more slowly than you would normally speak
- Take regular deep breaths
- Pause for a second between sentences especially after a point you want to emphasise
