Job Description
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, project etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes.
• Receive and screen phone calls.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages
etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping.
• Monitor different supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the best orders.
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily
accessible.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
• Support documentation and organisation of import and export.
• Work with ERP software to insert data, create reports, optimize processes.
Critical skills required
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Fluency English talking and perfect English writing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Education Qualification: BA degree in any related field
