As we all know it has been 4 to 5 years since the ethios hip hop community was established, taking the time for how long the community has been operating and the resources it got to be successful into considerstion i personally think that the community didn't achieve much like it was supposed to we've been on a rollercoaster ride for so long that the motto seems like it's hustle for yourself than stick together everybody is doing his own thing and this wasn't how it was supposed to go
this created a division among the artists and created sub groups in the community, became a demotivating factor for others and also a reason for some of the memebers to even leave the community
we (as a community) are also losing talented rappers and musicians just because we are not doin things the right and organized way due to the factors i mentioned earlier and some other personal reasons which i don't want to talk about in public i personally think it's time for a change, the community should have an election and be under a new management
as i called Kapo Israel aka Kapo da kapstone the founder and the current president of the ethios hip hop community earlier today
he is totally down with the idea of the community having an election so we are going to have an election to choose a new president and staff members for the community within the next 2 weeks
I call out all the community members to be part of this, turning point for the community your voice matters so come and vote
and to whoever is running for presidency he must:

1) Be a member of the Ethios Hip Hop community or who been in the community for 3 to 4 years
2) Be someone who knows the history of the community and know the real problems
3) Bring his written proposal in a physical copy (printed form) of how the community should continue from now on and all that and present it to the community members in person
we will keep you updated with the specific date on when the election is going to be held stay tuned till then
