FRENCH EASTER CHOCOLATE : "The nigger head"

As in many Christian countries, French children celebrate Easter by looking for chocolates in the gardens.

One of the most famous, but also most decried, chocolates is the "Tête-de-Nègre", a very old milk chocolate.
