Vo : Give me your passport.
Me: yes sir.
Vo : your i20 and sevis fees receipt?
Me: sure!
Vo : When did you finish your under graduation
Me: I've finished my under graduation in 2022
(I took a pause at the time of telling year)
Vo : What have you done in this period of time after graduation ?
Me: sir, I've been working in xx company in Ahmedabad Gujarat and preparing for ground class for my cpl.
Vo : what was your designation and What kind of work you did there?
Me: I was working as an aeronautical analyst particularly as a NOTAM analyst where my duties are to classify notams and guide pilots through some important instructions during flight planning.
Vo : How did you get that job?
Me: I got that job from my college campus placement in last year of graduation.
Vo : Why are you going to the USA?
Me: for my commercial pilot and flight crew training.
Vo : why have you decided to become a pilot
Me: I got so much interest in aircraft and spacecraft since I was in school so that I've decided to do my undergraduate degree in aeronautical and during my studies in engineering I've decided to fly aircrafts rather than just doing research and studying manufacturing.
Vo : Have you finished your ground class?
Me: yes sir!
Vo : Have you finished your medical?
Me: yes I have it.
(He looked at me for a few seconds)
Vo : Who is sponsoring you?
Me: my father is sponsoring my entire course.
Vo : What does he do?
Me: my father is a government employee at (gave details about the company). He has been working since last 37 years with the company.
(He typed something in his pc while I was explaining about the firm)
Vo : What's his designation
Me: he is a branch superintendent at our home town branch.
Vo : What is his annual income ?
Me: 24 lakh INR
Vo :How much is your course fees
Me: 50297 USD which is approximately 37 lakh INR
Vo : How much funds are available with him?
Me: he has 67 lakh INR fund available in his accounts.
Vo :Have you taken any lone?
Me: No sir, we don't need any lone we have enough money available.
Vo :What after your course completion
Me: after my course completion I would return to India for my license conversation in dgca so that I will be eligible for working in Indian airline.
Vo :oh, so you want to do an airline job, Which airline do you wanna work with?
Me: I want to work with airindia.
Vo : And why?
Me: it's one of the largest and oldest airlines in india also now occupied by Tata group. The airline was previously under government authorities but last year Tata group took over it. it was started by Tata group years ago when first started operations in India. It's the most trusted and reliable airline for employees.
Vo :great then I'm approving your visa.
Me: sorry I didn't understand.
Vo : your passport will be sent to your given address as your visa is approved. You can go now.
Me: thank you so much sir.
