We see that on the Daily timeframe, the price has approached the resistance line and there is a retest of the trend line from below.

On the H1 timeframe, we see that a range has formed between the resistance level of 2043.00 and the support level of 2030.00. Even if there is a break up to the 2050.00 level, the price will face a big resistance area and will go down to 2014.00.

But if the price immediately overcomes the range at 2030.00, it will go straight down to 2014.00.

Trade: Sell XAUUSD if the price bounces from 2050.00 or if it breaks the support at 2030.00!
TP: 2014.00

Traders are expecting increased volatility today due to Witch Friday, when futures contracts and options on stock indices and shares expire simultaneously, which may cause an increase in trading volume and unusual price behavior in the underlying assets.

The US stock market rose on central bank decisions and statistical data. The US30 increased by 0.43% to 37,248.35, the US500 grew by 0.26% to 4,719.55, and the US100 advanced by 0.19% to 14,761.56.

Intel releases new AI chip to rival Nvidia and AMD.

Muller (ECB): market expectations for the ECB to start cutting rates are a bit premature. The ECB and the Bank of England are reluctant to join the Fed in cutting rates.

China reports the fastest growth in industrial production in almost two years. Also, China's central bank injected $112 billion into the system.

Asia-Pacific stock indices are mostly rising today, the exception being the Chinese indicator. The market was supported this week by a general increase in risk appetite due to expectations of a significant reduction in the base interest rate by the Federal Reserve next year.

Gold prices showed a slight decline but maintained their weekly upward trend, mainly influenced by US Federal Reserve policy and market expectations of a possible rate cut in 2024.

Smart money concept that works

Supply and demand trading is about placing your orders according to zones where the price tends to reverse due to various factors. It’s almost like support and resistance lines but wider and usually backed up by fundamental factors.

Usually, the price reacts sharply to supply and demand zones, meaning there is a lot of selling or buying interest.

But how do you know when to enter? That’s what the picture is about. Look for a rally-base-drop movement or other variations of it. The price tends to retest the base before moving toward the rally.

These areas allow traders to implement a favorable risk-to-reward approach in trades. You can set a buy limit order before the price reaches the base, and the chart will do it for you. Notice that stop loss should usually be near the demand zone and below the supply zone.
