Has anybody received a Notification of separation precedings? I’m in the Marine Corps and I just received one and am being told to sign . I am being recommended for a General Discharge under honorable conditions. If anyone has received one did you make a statement or rebuttal ?

Highly recommend not to sign anything you disagree with. Take it straight to defense council, & reply with your own counter contractual offer (think of it like contract negotiations & it helps take some emotion out of it)
