Nazara, popular gaming and sports media platform announced the new investment as it gets ready for IPO

It has raised ₹100 crore from Instant Growth Limited (IGL).

Nazara also filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI in January. According to the DRHP, the public issue is for a sale of 49.65 lakh of equity shares.
