One thing that I have been using for years. Looks weird for a day, no more. My reading mode/ blue light killer mode is always on on my phone as well as laptop

20/20/20 rule: every 20 minutes, focus on an object 20 feet away, for 20 seconds

Make sure your screen is below your eye level.

Blink often

Do not use screens in the darkness
