live stream conversation with Alyona Budina '05 about Art-therapy in our Instagram account.
Alyona, as a certified art-therapist will describe what is art-therapy all about, what its worth is and who can use it.
You are very welcome to join and even ask questions that might interest you about art-therapy.
Alyona will also present one inspiring technique that you will be able to apply right away! All you need to participate is to choose your favourite parable (a short insightful story) and have it written before you.
